9月5日下午，余民发社长在台城好景酒楼主持召开风采月刊社常委（扩大）会议，专题研究召开第十五届笔友联谊聚会有关事宜。全体常委、名誉社长和台开地区的部分顾问共30人参加了会议。会议一致通过，计划今年11月在韶关市召开本刊第十五届笔友会。会后，余民发社长与韶关余靖纪念馆会长、本刊韶关办事处主任余健雄沟通，韶关余靖纪念馆同意协助办会。余超仪常委赞助了本次工作会议的餐费。

On the afternoon of September 5, Yu Minfa, President of the Fengcai Monthly Society, chaired an expanded standing‑committee meeting at Haojing Restaurant in Taicheng to specifically discuss arrangements for the 15th Pen‑friend Fellowship Gathering. Thirty participants attended the meeting, including all standing committee members, honorary presidents and selected advisors from Taishan and Kaiping.

The meeting unanimously resolved to hold the society’s 15th Pen‑friend Gathering in Shaoguan this November. Following the meeting, President Yu Minfa consulted with Yu Jianxiong, Director of the Yu Jing Memorial Hall in Shaoguan and Head of the society’s Shaoguan Office. The Yu Jing Memorial Hall agreed to provide support for the event. Standing Committee Member Yu Chaoyi sponsored the catering expenses for this working meeting.
